Which airlines are eligible?

Currently Okura Hotels & Resorts has partnerships with Japan Airlines (JAL), All Nippon Airways (ANA), Northwest Airlines (NW), Singapore Airlines (SQ), American Airlines (AA), and Asiana Airlines (OZ). Some airlines may not be available at some hotels, so please check the list of eligible airlines.
Q:
How many miles can be earned per stay?
A:
Each hotel is different. For details, please check the mileage chart for the number of miles eligible at each hotel.
Q:
How much are the pre-approved rates?
A:
The pre-approved rates differ between hotels. For details, please ask when you make your reservation.
Q:
How long until the miles are added to my account?
A:
Miles are usually added about two to three months after your stay.
Q:
I forgot to show my mileage card during my last stay. Can I still earn miles? And if so, what do I need to do?
A:
Yes, you can still earn miles up to six months after your check-in date by any of the following methods:
(1)Filling out the application form
(2)Applying by email
(3)By telephone 81(3)5408-6861
(4)By postal mail (one week processing time is required for this method)
Q:
Can I earn both miles and Okura Club International points?
A:
Depending on the hotel, you may or may not be able to do so. Please ask when you make your reservation or check-in.
Q:
I received Okura Club International points during my last stay, but I want to convert them to miles. Is that possible?
A:
