Announcement: Renewal of Online Reservation System

Thank you very much for your continued support to Okura Hotels & Resorts. We are pleased to announce that we installed new online reservation for further your convenience.
For more details, please refer the following;

【Date and Time of introduction】
April 10, 10:30am (JST)

【Key changes in the system】
■Okura Hotels & Resorts and JAL Hotels use common reservation system.
■Once you register Hotel Okura/JAL Hotels web member, common member ID is issued, and members are able to book (reserve) rooms without input guest information.

【Notice】
■ For modify/cancel all reservations made before April 10(Reservation numbers:8-digit start with “5”), please call or email directly to the hotel(s) which you booked, or contact us through inquiry form.
